Which application is right for you?

Procedures for foreign nationals in Türkiye are interconnected; the status obtained in one area becomes a condition in the next. Setting the right order from the start usually prevents a refusal and the cost of starting over.

Staying and working

For anyone staying in Türkiye longer than ninety days, the starting point is the residence permit. If you will work, a work permit is added; if you will study, the student process is added; in both cases health insurance is a mandatory attachment. Citizenship and family

A Turkish citizenship application can proceed by the ordinary route through long-term residence, by the exceptional route, or through investment. Official marriage to a foreign national is a separate procedure, and marriage alone does not confer citizenship; it has conditions of its own. Company and investment

For commercial activity, company formation is weighed against the branch and liaison office options; a liaison office cannot generate commercial income, and this distinction should be known from the outset. After incorporation comes the tax number and bank account step. Problem files

If there is a past violation, the situation has to be established first. New applications made before these records are cleared are usually refused on the same grounds. Foreign documents for your file

Most applications require that civil status, marriage, diploma or criminal record documents issued abroad be made acceptable to Turkish institutions. That means two steps: first the certification of the document, then its certified translation.

Corporate consultancy: companies employing foreign staff

We provide corporate consultancy to companies that employ foreign staff. Work permits for several employees, permit extensions, the employer's notification obligations and the sworn translation of company documents are all handled in a single file, so you do not have to follow a separate process for each employee.

As part of our corporate consultancy we put permit expiry dates on the calendar and warn you in advance about the extension application. Company formation, branch office and liaison office processes are also handled by the same team.
